Group AlumniArgudit Chauhan
Argudit worked in our group as an undergraduate research assistant. He developed our group's pilot 3D printing workflows, and also created our very first successful experimental study on collateral flow in the brain. Post-graduation, Argudit started his MD program at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Thank you for your work at FLOWLab, Argudit! You can connect with Argudit on LinkedIn here! Kelly Cao
Kelly worked in our group as an undergraduate research assistant. She worked extensively on medical image-based modeling for vascular flows, and conducted a successful study on using 3D Rotational Angiography images for computational vascular flow modeling, which led to one of several publications that she co-authored. Thank you for your work at FLOWLab, Kelly! You can connect with Kelly on LinkedIn here! Summer Andrews
Summer worked in our group to complete an MS Thesis titled "Image-derived In Silico Modeling Of Transarterial Radioembolization For Patients With Hepatocellular Carcinoma.". Summer helped initiate FLOWLab's drug delivery research direction. Post-graduation, Summer joined Custom Microwave, Inc. as a Mechanical Engineer. Thank you for your work at FLOWLab, Summer! You can connect with Summer on LinkedIn here! Thomas Puhr
Tom worked in our group to complete an MS Thesis titled "In Vitro Benchtop Flow Loop For Investigating Embolic Particle Distribution". Tom helped establish FLOWLab's internal experimental flow visualization research workflow. Post-graduation, Tom joined Electra (a clean iron company) as a Mechanical Engineer Technician. Thank you for your work at FLOWLab, Tom! You can connect with Tom on LinkedIn here! Lindsey Nast
Akshita worked in our group to pursue an MS degree with research experience in modeling fibrinolysis. Post-graduation, Lindsey joined MxV Rail as a Systems Engineer. Thank you for your work at FLOWLab, Lindsey! You can connect with Lindsey on LinkedIn here! Akshita Sahni
Akshita worked in our group to pursue an MS Thesis titled "Image-based In Silico Investigations For Hemodynamic Assessment In Patients With Left Ventricle Assist Devices". Post-graduation, Akshita worked with us as a visiting research engineer, continuing the development of our research at the interface of stroke and LVAD therapy. After FLOWLab, Akshita took up a full time position as a CFD Engineer at the Boston Children's Hospital. Thank you for your work at FLOWLab, Akshita! You can connect with Akshita on LinkedIn here! Gauri Wadhwa
Gauri worked in our group as our first visiting research intern, and developed mesoscopic models for flow-mediated human to human infection transmission. Gauri is currently pursuing a PhD at Princeton University. She contributed to a research article titled `Computational Modeling of Viral Infection Transmission and Control in Indoor Spaces'. Thank you for your work at FLOWLab, Gauri! You can connect with Gauri on LinkedIn here! Andrew Beiter
Andrew worked in our group as an undergraduate research assistant and as a Discovery Learn Apprentice (DLA), looking at development of computational tools for embolus transport in the human abdominal arteries. After FLOWLab, Andrew took up the role of Portfolio Management Analyst at Dimensional Fund Investors. Thank you for your work at FLOWLab, Andrew! You can connect with Andrew on LinkedIn here!
