FLOWLab member and MS Thesis student Thomas Puhr successfully defended his MS Thesis based on his amazing research on design and testing of an n vitro benchtop flow loop for investigation of embolic particle transport and distribution. This work was supported in its very early stages by the Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) through a Ralph Powe Junior Faculty Enhancement Award (awarded to FLOWLab PI Prof. Mukherjee). In addition to his research, Tom also served as mentor for the CU Science Discovery Program mentoring high school students, and served actively to advance FLOWLab's DEI initiatives. Congratulations Tom!
