We are delighted to announce that FLOWLab doctoral trainee Nick Rovito is a recipient of the 2025 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship (GRFP) award! This award will support Nick's PhD research on advancing in silico modeling and quantitative analysis of vascular drug delivery techniques with a focus on thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke. This will also enable Nick to explore some of his interests in engineering education and pedagogy, enabling broader impacts of his work and building on some of FLOWLab's ongoing education and pedagogy work as well. Congratulations Nick on this well-deserved honor!
