flowlab undergraduate researcher presents at NCUR!

FLOWLab's undergraduate researcher Alena Tucker was selected to present her research at the recently held National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) at Pittsburgh. Organized by the Council on Undergraduate Research, this is a premiere scientific congregation focused on undergraduate research activities across the country. Alena presented her work on benchtop modeling of flow-mediated transport in cerebrovascular networks. This work was supported by the Discovery Learn Apprenticeship (DLA) program at the University of Colorado Boulder. The overall project also involved guidance and support from FLOWLab doctoral student Adiba Ashrafee. Alena's success is a testament to her hard work and dedication, and helps continue FLOWLab's strong record in undergraduate research training. Congratulations Alena!
